Richard “Todd” Percival

   Todd was born in Bermuda, where his father was stationed with the Navy. The family then moved to Maine in 1977. In 1983 the family transferred to the Jacksonville area.
He attended Clay County Schools beginning with Doctors Inlet Elementary, Ridgeview Junior High, graduating from Middleburg High School in 1995, and while in High School Todd was on the wrestling team and a member of the High Q team. In 1999 he graduated from LaGrange College, GA. where he majored in Computer Science. He could often be found working the electronic scoreboards for many of the athletic events.
While at LaGrange he pledged Kapa Sigma fraternity and would remain close with many of his brothers.
He lived and worked in Beaufort, SC for several years and then landed a job in Jacksonville, FL at Fanatics, and settled in Yulee, FL. While in Yulee he was active in many local activities but bowling and game play were his passions. Todd loved anything Star Wars. He became “Coach Todd” for the Youth Bowling League and the Yulee High School Girls Bowling Team until his stroke in 2025.
At his passing he was by surrounded by his parents, Nancy & Rick Percival, longtime partner Nichol Turner, son Christian Turner, daughter Keelie Percival and lifelong friend, nurse and “adopted” sister Kim Matson.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, September 20th, from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, at Yulee Bowling & Amusement, 850822 US Hwy 17, Yulee, FL 32097
