ORANGE PARK — Three council members took the oath of office at Tuesday’s meeting.
Mayor Randy Anderson was sworn-in for his final three years on Seat 5, while also retaining his title as mayor following a 5-0 vote.
Councilman Kenneth Vogel was selected for his first three-year term on Seat 4. Vogel was initially serving a one-year term.
Vice-Mayor Winnette Sandlin was also sworn in to keep her current title after a 5-0 vote.
In other business, the town also gave a proclamation recognizing Public Works Week, celebrating the town’s public works professionals and their dedication to providing infrastructure, facilities and services within the town.
The next OP Town Council meeting will convene June 3 at 7 p.m.
