Jacksonville Memory Gardens (JMG), an official Wreaths Across America (WAA) location, will host its Ninth Annual Wreaths Across America Wreath-laying Ceremony at Jacksonville Memory Gardens located at 111 Blanding Boulevard, Orange Park. At Noon EST, a Moment of Silence will be observed for all Wreaths Across America Ceremonies nationwide to remember the fallen, the prisoners of war, missing in action and honor those who have served and are serving this great nation's armed services.
Coordinated and led by local volunteers, fundraising groups have raised funds throughout the year to sponsor the placement of 3 live balsam wreaths on the headstones of our service members laid to rest at JMG. This annual event seeks to further the WAA mission of Remember, Honor, Teach, ensuring that the memory of those who served our country endures.
