CLAY COUNTY – The National Association of Active and Retired Federal Employees of Clay County Chapter 1414 is offering a scholarship to a deserving Clay County senior from the school district and private schools, including home-schooled students. Applications must be received by Feb. 25. Additional information is available at each school’s guidance office or by contacting NARFE President Keith Bass at (904) 631-9085.
