FLEMING ISLAND - Five Alabama gymnasts totaled seven All-America honors to close out the Crimson Tide's 2025 season.
Fleming Island High graduate Lilly Hudson, who just finished her junior season of gymnastics at the University of Alabama, earned a First Team All American in floor exercise to join teammates Corinne Bunagan, Ryan Fuller, Gabby Gladieux, and Chloe LaCoursiere who all earned the national honor during the NCAA Championships Semifinals. Their performance on the national stage helped secure the Crimson Tide its 42nd top-10 national finish, taking eighth place.
In all, 83 Alabama gymnasts have combined to earn 416 All-America honors. That total includes Championship All-America honors as well as Regular Season All-America recognition, which began in 2013.

Lilly Hudson gathered First Team All-America honors on the floor exercise and now has four career All-America honors (2025 – regular season FX, AA; 2024 – championship VT, AA; 2023 – regular season FX; 2022 – championship AA).
Hudson was also selected by her coaches and teammates to get the Penney Hauschild Champion Award given to the individual who helped set a precedent and created a legacy of excellence for the Alabama program.
The award is named after former gymnast Penney Hauschild Buxton who was the first NCAA champion at Alabama.
A second honor given to Hudson from her team was the Most Consistent Award given to the individual who showed a steady presence in lineups and was dependable in any circumstance throughout the season.
Hudson is also a three time SEC Freshman Gymnast of the week in 2022, a three time Scholastic All American and a three time SEC Academic Honor Roll selectee.
