Mona May Clausen

Mona May Clausen, age 68, passed away at home, with the love of her life Mike by her side, in Jacksonville, Florida on Friday, December 15, 2023.

Mona married her high school sweetheart Michael “Mike” Clausen and they were together for 49 years.

Mona was dedicated to her children and her home. The children were her pride and joy and because of that, she enjoyed volunteering in any activity relating to them.

Her honesty often allowed everyone around to see her sense of humor and the unique way in which she could see multiple sides of any situation.

Survived by Michael L. Clausen. Daughter, Lena Cook and son-in-law Kevin Cook. Sons: Mark Clausen and daughter-in-law Angela Clausen; Eric Clausen and Joseph Clausen and daughter-in-law Sheena Clausen. Nine Grandchildren and two Great Grandchildren.
