OPHS Military Update: Harlee Sharp, Class of 2018

Posted

Former Orange Park High School sports star Harlee Sharp, a flag football quarterback with an arm like Dan Marino, a smooth driving golf striker, a track sprintster, and a three-point shooting basketball ace for the Lady Raiders, is now an Air National Guard Airman First Class with the 125th FW Squadron in Jacksonville. Sharp, pictured with an F-15 fighter jet, joined the Guard in June 2018 and is at Sheppard Air Force Base in Texas getting training in her Avionics Testing and Components System job task.

“I joined the military because I wanted to continue a family legacy and wanted to build a stable and successful life for myself. Also, knowing myself, I’m a very goal driven person and am most successful when following a regimented lifestyle.”

– Harlee Sharp
