2025 also marks a major leadership transition for the company. Earlier this year, William “Bill” Watson III – son of the founder – assumed the role of president following the retirement of longtime President Ed Forman. Bill Watson III is a 27-year veteran of Watson’s real estate and mortgage enterprises, and represents the next generation of family leadership, guiding the brokerage into its seventh decade.
