Vogt, Carroll lone golfers at state
St. Johns Country Day School freshman golfer Addy Vogt, left, and Middleburg High junior Chase Carroll will travel this week to the Mission Inn Resort and Club golf course in Howey-in-the-Hills for the Class 1A and Class 2A golf championship tournaments; Tues.-Wed., Nov. 9-10 for Class 1A and Fri.-Sat., Nov. 12-13 for Class 2A. Vogt, the region 1-1A runnerup is slated to start on The Colinas course at 8:24 a.m. on Tuesday while Carroll, in Class 2A, will start on the Campeon course at 8:33 a.m. on Fri., Nov. 12. All golf action can be monitored by downloading the scoring APP at www.iwanamaker.com.
