GREEN COVE SPRINGS — The Village Improvement Association hosted their second annual Fun in the Sun event on Thursday.
Held at Vera Francis Hall Park, the free event featured appearances from Hawaii Fyve-Sno, the Clay County Sheriff's Office, the Clay County Public Libraries and Florida Blue.
The event also included snacks, face painting, a photo booth, games and balloon twisters. Guests were also able to 'touch-a-truck' from the Clay County Fire Rescue and Vallencourt Construction.
