Request for Proposals Grant Administration Services

The Town of Penney Farms, Florida is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide grant administration for a FFY 2021-2022, Florida Small Cities CDBG Application for Funding, in the neighborhood revitalization category. Interested parties should send an e-mail or FAX to the attention of Anita Cooper, Town Clerk, at penneyfarms@bellsouth.net or FAX # (904) 284-4405 to request a copy of the Request for Proposals Document. Sealed proposals shall be mailed or delivered by 2:00pm, March 13, 2023. Sealed proposals should be mailed or hand delivered to the Town of Penney Farms, P.O. Box 1041 or 4100 Clark Avenue, Penney farms, FL 32079 and clearly be marked “CDBG Grant Administration Services Proposal”.
