NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed June 17, 2022 and entered in Case No. 2019-CA-000281, of the Circuit Court of the 4th Judicial Circuit in and for CLAY County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is Plaintiff and  MARJORY BEAUCLICHE;  UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARJORY BEAUCLICHE;  UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY;  TROPICAL FINANCIAL CREDIT UNION;  FLEMING ISLAND PLANTATION OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants.  TARA S. GREEN, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.CLAY.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on August 23, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 25, THORNHILL UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE(S) 32 THROUGH 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
