Clay County School Board The Clay County School Board will hold a Special Meeting and School Board Workshop on Monday, December 20, 2022, at 9:00 a.m., in the District Multi-Purpose Center located at the corner of Walnut Street and Gratio Place in Green Cove Springs, Florida, 32043. The purpose of the Special Meeting is to approve advertising to revise boundaries due to the opening of Spring Park Elementary in the 23/24 school year. Upon conclusion of the Special Meeting, the School Board Workshop will be held for the purpose of reviewing the agenda for the January 5, 2023 Regular Meeting. The meeting is open to the public and all interested parties are invited to attend. Any person requiring special accommodations to attend or participate in public meetings should advise the School District at least 48 hours before the meeting by contacting the Superintendent's Office at (904) 336-6508. Copies of the proposed agenda will be available online at www.oneclay.net or by contacting the Superintendent’s Office, 900 Walnut Street, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
