PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION CLOSING A ROAD

The Board of County Commissioners (the Board) of Clay County, Florida, has received a petition (the Petition) filed pursuant to Sections 336.09 and 336.10, Florida Statutes, on behalf of Goose Creek Investment LLC, to close portions of a certain public roadways hereinafter described.  In accordance with the Petition, the Board held a public hearing on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, and thereafter adopted a resolution pursuant to Section 336.10, Florida Statutes, closing, vacating and abandoning said portion of the public road, said portion being more particularly described as follows:

Vermont Avenue from the west line of CR 315B in a westerly direction to the west boundary of St. Louis Avenue; St. Louis Avenue from the north line of Vermont Avenue in a northerly direction to the south line of New Hampshire Avenue; and Des Moines Avenue from the north line of Clay Avenue in a northerly direction to the south line of Connecticut Avenue, as shown on the plat of Fellowship Park, recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 61, replatted in Fellowship Park Replat recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 10 of the public records of Clay County, Florida.
