The administration of the estate of BEVERLY J. PEEK, deceased, File Number 10-2022-CF-000178  , is pending in the Circuit Court for  Clay County, Florida, Probate Division, address of which is 825 N. Orange Avenue, Green Cove Spring, FL 32043.  The names and addresses of the Personal Representative and the Personal Representatives’ attorney is set forth below.

All creditors of the decedent and other persons, who have claims or demands against decedent’s estate, including unmatured, contingent or unliquidated claims, and who have been served a copy of this Notice, must file their claims with this court, WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
