NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clay County School District of Clay County, Florida, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as “DISTRICT,” has determined a bidding opportunity exists for contract services for site work throughout the District. Any and all bidders for Underground Utility/Excavation Services must be prequalified in accordance with District Policy 6.01(c) prior to submitting bids. Sealed bids shall be received by the School Board of Clay County until February 8, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at the Office of the Purchasing Department, 800 Center Street, Green Cove Springs, Florida, 32043, at which time and place all bids received shall be publicly opened. "CONTRACT SERVICES FOR SITE WORK – COUNTY WIDE BID # 23-F-242". All work shall be done according to the bid package. Bid may be downloaded from School Board's website: https://ba.myoneclay.net/purchasing. Only Contractors having been Pre-Qualified by the School Board of Clay County are eligible to submit bids. Last Board Meeting before Bid opening to get Pre-Qualified will be February 2, 2022.
