LaWANDA BARBER, as Trustee of the Barber Family Trust Dated July 8, 2011, Plaintiff, obtained judgment against MARY J. SUTHERLAND an individual, I, Tara S. Green, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash using the following method: by electronic sale at www.clay.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on March 29, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
