NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the final judgment entered on January 26, 2023 in Case No. 2022-CA-000829 of the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida, in which ROBIN L. ROSIER, CHRISTOPHER D. ROSIER and GOLIATH PROPERTIES, LLC are Defendants, I, the Clay County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at: www.clay.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00 a.m. on the 27th day of February, 2023 the following described real property:

The North 400 feet of the South 4440 feet of the West, 165 feet of the East, 2310.02 feet of Section 25, Township 4 South, Range 23 East, Clay County Florida.  SUBJECT TO an easement for ingress and egress over the Easterly 15 feet thereof. ("Land"),

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
