Notice is given that pursuant to an Amended Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 1, 2022 and an Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Lien Foreclosure Sale entered on September 19, 2022, in the above styled civil action of the County Court, in and for Clay County, Florida, in which, SHORELINE HOAS, LLC, is the Defendant, and SPENCER'S PLANTATION OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on October 19, 2022, by electronic sale at www.clay.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described real property set forth in the Amended Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 141, Spencer Plantation Unit Two, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 47, Pages 43 through 48, of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida.
