NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE dated November 18, 2021, and entered in Case No. 2021-CA-171 of the Circuit Court of the 4th Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida, wherein SUNSEEKER INVESTMENTS, INC. is the PLAINTIFF and JOSEPH L. SIPPIO, JESSICA SIPPIO A/K/A JESSICA DRISCOLL, SURF CONSULTANTS, INC., and PROGRESSIVE SELECT INS. CO. are the DEFENDANTS.  The Office of the Clerk, Clay County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest bidder or bidders for cash at public sale on March 21, 2022, at 10:00 AM, at https://www.clay.realforeclose.com the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
Tax Parcel No.: 14-08-23-001437-863-96
Lot 41, Block 13, of BIG TREE LAKES SUBDIVISION, SECTION C, an unplatted subdivision, which lot is described with more particularity in the exhibit to that certain Declaration of Interpretive Data Relating to Legal Descriptions dated June 1, 1983, and filed at O.R. Book 749, Page 418, of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in the PLAINTIFF'S mortgage with JOSEPH L. SIPPIO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
