Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an order or a summary final judgment of foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Clay County, Florida, described as:
Unit 113 of Governor's Landing, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 861, Page(s) 544, of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.


at public sale by the Clerk of this Court to the highest and best bidder for cash on Clay County's Public Auction website:  www. clay.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 10:00 a.m. on the 5th day of  April, 2022.    Notice of such sale shall be published as provided by statute.
That any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
