NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING & BUDGET WORKSHOP OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

 Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (Board) of the Fleming Island Plantation Community Development District (District) will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., at the Splash Park, located at 1510 Calming Water Drive, Fleming Island, Florida.  The Board will also hold a Workshop (the “Workshop”) of the Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at the same location. The Workshop is being held for the necessary public purpose of discussion regarding the District’s Fiscal Year 2023 Budget.  Please note, no votes or final decisions may be made at the workshop.  Topics for discussion shall be limited to those set forth on the agenda.

The meeting and workshop are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for Community Development Districts.  The meeting and/or workshop may be continued to a date, time and location to be specified on the record at the meeting and/or workshop without further publication of notice.  Anyone wishing to participate in the meeting and/or workshop may refer to the District’s website for the latest information, at www.fipcommunitycdd.com/.

A copy of the agenda may be obtained by accessing the District’s website at www.fipcommunitycdd.com or by contacting the District Manager at Janice.Davis@inframark.com.  The meeting and workshop are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for Community Development Districts.  The meeting and/or workshop may be continued to a date, time and location to be specified on the record at such meeting or workshop.
