NOTICE OF MEETING

CONCEPT REVIEW PASO FINO REPLAT

The Town Penney Farms to review the Paso Fino Replat for Concept Review.  The project will be reviewed at the following meetings:

Planning and Zoning Board:         Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at 6:30 a.m.

 Town Council:                                    Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.

in the Town Council Chambers of Town Hall, 4100 Clark Avenue, Penney Farms, Florida. 

The public is invited to attend these meeting to offer comments for or against the proposed project. A copy of the application for the proposed project is available for inspection at Town Hall, 4100 Clark Avenue, Penney Farms, Florida, during normal working hours of 7:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.   Written comments may also be submitted.

Please be advised that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Planning and Zoning Board or the Town Council with respect to any matter considered at these scheduled meetings, he will need to ensure that a verbatim transcript of the proceedings is made, which record includes testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person needing a special accommodation to participate in this matter should contact the Town Clerk’s Office no later than three (3) days prior to the hearing or proceeding for which this notice has been given. 

All interested individuals are invited to attend these public hearings.
