The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the Administration Building at the Palatka Campus, 5001 St. Johns Avenue, Palatka, Florida. Authority for the rules is found in Florida Statutes, Section 1001.64 (18).  Estimated economic impact on all affected persons cannot be determined at this time. Written comments may be submitted within 14 days of the date of this notice to:

Substantially affected persons may, within 14 days of the date of this notice, file an objection to this rulemaking with the agency.  The objection shall specify the portions of the proposed rules to which the person objects and the specific reasons for the objection.
