Amendment to SJR Board Rule #3.36 (R1) Sexual Misconduct Policy

The District Board of Trustees of St. Johns River State College will hold a public hearing for the following rules to be taken into consideration:


Amendment to SJR Board Rule #3.12 (R4) Policy Statement on Equality of Opportunity and Nondiscrimination

Amendment to SJR Board Rule #3.36 (R1) Sexual Misconduct Policy

The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. . in the Viking Center Multipurpose Room (V-112) on the St. Augustine Campus, 2990 College Drive,
St. Augustine, Florida. Authority for the rules is found in Florida Statutes, Section 1001.64 (18). 

Estimated economic impact on all affected persons cannot be determined at this time.   Written comments may be submitted within 14 days of the date of this notice to:

Substantially affected persons may, within 14 days of the date of this notice, file an objection to this rulemaking with the agency.  The objection shall specify the portions of the proposed rules to which the person objects and the specific reasons for the objection.
