Final Judgment was awarded on October 5, 2022 in Civil Case No. 2021 CA 001033, of the Circuit Court of the FOURTH Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST F is the Plaintiff, and MYRNA M. AVARITT is the Defendant.
The Clerk of the Court, Tara S. Green will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.clay.realforeclose.com on December 5, 2022 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
