Final Judgment was awarded on May 27, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2023 CA 000759, of the Circuit Court of the FOURTH Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST F is the Plaintiff, and ZACHARY DEVIN HENSLEY; MELANIE JOY HENSLEY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
