NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 10th day of May, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2023-CA-000100 of the Circuit Court of the 4th Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida, wherein VYSTAR CREDIT UNION is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARL COLETTI, SR.; MICHAEL COLETTI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL COLETTI; SABRINA KARYCINSKI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SABRINA KARYCINSKI; FLORIDA CREDIT UNION; CLAY COUNTY UTILITY AUTHORITY, AN INDEPENDENT SPECIAL DISTRICT AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC ASSIGNEE OF GE CAPITAL RETAIL BANK/AMAZON; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AS TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 AS TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are Defendants.
