NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 27, 2021, together with Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion to Reschedule and Set Mortgage Foreclosure Sale entered March 10, 2023 and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-00557 of the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit, in and for Clay County, Florida, wherein First Mortgage Strategies Group, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Billy Joe Greene a/k/a Billy J. Greene a/k/a Billy Greene, Karen Denise Sheets a/k/a Karen Sheets, Chase Bank Usa, NA, Frank Andrea, Summit View Properties, LLC, State of Florida, Unknown Tenant #1 and Unknown Tenant #2, are the Defendants. Tara S. Green, as the Clerk of the Court of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property located in Clay County, Florida, described as:
