JR., A MINOR, BY AN THROUGH HIS NATURAL GUARDIAN, CATHY WITTER; HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY OF CLAY COUNTY FLORIDA; JAX FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; RIDEOUT HIDEAWAY HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; T.W.
