Hunnicutt; Unknown Spouse of Donald H. Hunnicutt; Carmen E. Hunnicutt; Unknown Spouse of Carmen E. Hunnicutt; State of Florida; Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and for Clay County, Florida; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; MV REALTY PBC, LLC, are Defendants, I, Tara S. Green, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.clay.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10 a.m. on March 22, 2023, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
