NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure (In Rem) dated December 7, 2022, entered in Civil Case No.: 2022CA000814 of the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCF 2 ACQUISITION TRUST, Plaintiff, and MARY ANN ARAUJO A/K/A MARY A. ARAUJO; JOSE ARAUJO A/K/A JOSE S. ARAUJO; DOCTORS INLET RESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY; are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.clay.realforeclose.com., at 10:00 AM,
on the 25th day of January, 2023, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 66, OF BARRINGTON ESTATES UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN MAP BOOK 43, PAGE 43 THROUGH 48, OF THE PUBLIC OF CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
