 NOTICE is hereby given that Tara S. Green, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Clay County, Florida, will on June 6, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction at www.clay.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Clay County, Florida, to wit:

A parcel of land situated in Section 3, Township 4 South, Range 23 East, Clay County, Florida, said parcel being more particularly described as follows:
