NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16^th day of May 2022 and entered in Case No. 2019-CA-000160, of the Circuit Court of the 4TH Judicial Circuit in and for CLAY County, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CHARLES WHITE A/K/A CHARLES D. WHITE VELOCITY INVESTMENTS, LLC KAREN E.  BOWMAN UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A DONALD WHITE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES WHITE A/K/A CHARLES D. WHITE; and DONALD E. WHITE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.  TARA S.
