NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 23, 2022 entered in Civil Case No. 10-2019-CA-000957 of the Circuit Court of the FOURTH Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Green Cove Springs, Florida, the Clerk of Court, TARA S. GREEN, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.Clay.RealForeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 24th day of  May, 2022 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

Begin at the most Easterly corner of Lakeside Oaks, according to map recorded in Plat Book 29, Pages 72, 73 and 74 of said Public Records; thence on the Southwesterly right of way line of Lakeside Villa Road, South 36 degrees 09 minutes 00 seconds East, 140.32 feet; thence South 47 degrees 41 minutes 37 seconds West, 156.44 feet; thence North 48 degrees 49 minutes 00 seconds west, 119.16 feet to the Southeasterly boundary line of said Lakeside Oaks; thence on last said line, North 41 degrees 11 minutes 00 seconds East, 186.20 feet to the point of beginning.
