NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 24, 2019, and entered in 2018-CA-001052 of the Circuit Court of the FOURTH Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION,  NOT IN IT'S  INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS  TRUSTEE FOR THE RMAC TRUST, SERIES 2016-CTT, is the Plaintiff and JOHN ROMAN; JEANIE MARIE ROMAN; PARK WEST CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Tara S. Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.clay.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 18, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 17, BLOCK 4, PARK WEST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 29 AND 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA.
