NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of February 2022, and entered in Case No. 2021CA000848 of the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and ALMA J. LAUZURIQUE and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. TARA S. GREEN as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.clay.realforeclose.com at 10:00a.m. on the 1st day of June 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 5, 6, 19 AND 20, BLOCK 5, OF THE TOWN OF LAKE GENEVA, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ALSO, THOSE CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND LYING BETWEEN THE SOUTH SIDE OF LOTS 5 AND 6 DESCRIBED ABOVE AND THE SHORES OF LAKE GENEVA, AND THE PARCEL OF LAND LYING BETWEEN THE NORTH SIDE OF SAID LOTS 5 AND 6 AND THE SOUTH SIDE OF LOTS 19 AND 20 DESCRIBED ABOVE.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
