YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following described property in Clay County, Florida:

The Southerly 20 feet of Lot 25, of NORTH SHORES NO. 2, according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 4, Page 29, in the Public Records of Clay County, Florida,

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on James J. Taylor Jr., plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 420 S. Lawrence Boulevard, Keystone Heights, Florida 32656, on or before 30 days within the first publication, 2022, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
