The action was instituted in the Circuit Civil Court, Fourth Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida; Case No. 2021CA000922; and is styled FIRST FEDERAL BANK,  vs. JESSICA M. BUSSEY (INDIVIDUAL 02/18/2022); DEMARCUS A. BUSSEY; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 (NON-SERVICE 03/02/2022); UNKNOWN TENANT 2 (NON SERVICE 03/02/2022).  You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Mark W. Hernandez, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 255 S. Orange Ave., Ste 900, Orlando,  FL 32801, 30 days from the first date of  publication and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately after service; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
The Court has authority in this suit to enter a judgment or decree in the Plaintiff's interest which will be binding upon you.
