KEYSTONE HEIGHTS – As a kickoff to November’s Military Family Appreciation Month, parents and children ages 5-16 enjoyed taking part in summer camp activities, team builders, outdoor sports, and more at recently at Camp Immokalee’s Military Family Camp Day. It was a fun day for First Coast YMCA to allow Military Families to spend quality time together and enjoy all that camp has to offer. Activities included: ziplining, canoeing /kayaking, learning how to shoot a rifle, a photo scavenger hunt, barn visits where families could feed the animals and take photos with/on a horse, archery and tie-dying shirts.
