Master-planned community townhouses at Longbay hit the market
MIDDLEBURG – Lennar is now selling homesites at Longbay, a new townhome community in Middleburg. Home prices will start from the high $200,000s.
With 140 townhomes for sale, Longbay offers two unique floor plans for homebuyers. The new homes range in size from approximately 1,710 to 1,780 square feet of living space and include a one-car garage, three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
