LEGAL NOTICE

The Planning and Zoning Board of the Town of Orange Park will hold a public hearing to consider Application for Zoning Variance V-1-2023 to provide relief from Section 2.04.13.02(a) of the Town of Orange Park Code of Ordinances to increase the maximum height of a building in the Kingsley Avenue Character Overlay from one (1) story to two (2) stories for property located at 1419 Kingsley Avenue.
This public hearing will be held in the Town Council Chambers on Thursday, January 12, 2023, at 6:00 P.M.
Any person(s) deciding to appeal any decision made by the Planning and Zoning Board of the Town of Orange Park with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing will need a verbatim record of the proceedings made, which record would include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Copies may be examined in the office of the Town Clerk, Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M.
Interested parties may attend the meeting and be heard.
