ElderSource, the Area Agency on Aging for Northeast Florida, has federal funds available to provide home and community-based services for elders starting January 1, 2025. Established organizations that provide home and community-based services for the elders in Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, St. Johns and Volusia Counties are encouraged to view the Request for Interest information. To register as an interested party and be considered as a Local Service Provider, please visit https://myeldersource.org/oaa-funding-request-for-interest. All Notice of Intents are to be completed no later than 11:59 pm on Thursday, August 15, 2024.
