KEYSTONE HEIGHTS - Keystone Heights High football is all about running the football and all-purpose athlete Dalton Hollingsworth filled the bill with three scores off 120 yards rushing to lead the Indians to a 34-6 win over Fernandina Beach in their season opener on Friday. With coach Chuck Dickinson employing just three pass attempts from quarterback Tyler Jenkins; one complete, the Indians blasted to a 16-0 first quarter lead to ride the run game to for the win. Kade Sanders added a 94 yard effort from the other side of the backfield with a score and a 46 yard kick return to bolster the Indian ground game. Logan Williams had 30 yards on four carries as fullback. Keystone Heights goes to 1-0. The Indians will travel to 1A-Bell High on Fri., Sept. 3. Bell defeated Franklin High 36-0 in their opener. Bell was 2-7 last yeaer under coach Joey Whittington who is in his ninth season.
