LAKE ASBURY – As part of First Coast Expressway project construction, traffic on northbound and southbound Henley Road will be shifted to new pavement east of the existing roadway overnight on Monday, November 15. Lane closures will be implemented overnight to allow for the shift. Pedestrian facilities will be maintained for both directions of Henley Road.
Sacyr Construction is the contractor for the $229 million project, which is scheduled to be completed in early 2025, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.
