GREEN COVE SPRINGS – Bill Garrison has joined the team at Wiggins Construction of North Florida.

Garrison is currently serving on the Clay County Planning and Zoning Committee and is the former Executive Director of the Northeast Florida Builders Association, as well as the past President of the Clay County Economic Development Corporation.

Garrison is joining Wiggins Construction of North Florida as our new Vice-President of Construction, with a focus on our custom home building expertise.  Bill brings a wealth of experience in the higher end residential construction industry. His considerable knowledge and professionalism will play a vital role in the dramatic increase in growth we are proudly experiencing.
