GREEN COVE SPRINGS – The Clay County Fair is pleased to announce it will be hosting a weekend full of fair food, concerts and drive-in style movies Sept. 25-27th.

The fair-like event also will include Ferris Wheel rides, and guests will be required to follow these guidelines:

  • Social distancing restrictions will be enforced. Masks will be required in food lines and in restroom facilities. Attendees will be confined to social squares during concerts that are 10ft x 10ft and no more than 10 people per square. Masks are not required within social squares. Guests attending movie nights will be allowed out of their vehicle but must stay within their parking space. No masks will be required within their space.
  • Tickets are sold on-online only. Food vendors will have food for sale on premises and prefer cards. Food menu available on our website.
  • Music on the Midway is $10 a carload. Sept.25-27 from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. A carload is defined as the amount of people legally allowed in a vehicle. The lineup includes: Friday – The Springs Church Worship Band, 11 a.m.; Lyndie Burris, noon; DJ Raggamuffin, 1 p.m.; Remedy Tree, 3 p.m.; and, Jamie Davis Band, 5 p.m.; Saturday – Mary Kate Country, 11 a.m.; Greener Grass, 1 p.m.; John Taylor Band, 3 p.m.; and, Mandalla Band, 5 p.m.; Sunday – Boatwright Bluegrass, 11 a.m.; Pink Paisleys, 1 p.m.; The Tattered Remnants, 3 p.m.; and, Dennis Lee Band, 5 p.m.
  • Movies are $30 a carload. On Friday, Sept. 25, “The Addams Family” will be playing, and on Saturday, Sept. 26, the “Sonic the Hedgehog” will be shown. Gates open at 7 p.m., and the movies starts at 9 p.m. •
