Clay County extends vaccine partnership with Curative
For Clay Today
GREEN COVE SPRINGS – Clay County Emergency Management and the Florida Department of Health in Clay County are continuing to partner with Curative Inc., a national testing and vaccine distributor providing walk-up Pfizer vaccinations at various pop-up locations throughout Clay County.
Anyone 12 years of age and older can receive the no-cost Pfizer vaccine. Those younger than 17 must have a parent or legal guardian present. Appointments will not be required, but you must show proof of Florida residency to qualify.
First and second dose vaccinations will be provided June 1 through July 3, between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. at the following locations:

Flitter-Flutter Butterfly, Life-Cycle Galore presentation, plant sale on Saturday
MIDDLEBURG – Interested in attracting butterflies to your garden? How about plants? Plants, plants? Oh, did we mention plants? The Garden Club of Middleburg Plant Sale partnering with Middleburg Clay Hill Library hosting a “Flitter-Flutter Butterfly, Life-Cycle Galore” presented by Nicole Pilliod. A variety of plants – annuals, groundcovers, locally grown, butterfly-friendly and nectar plants and fruit trees – will be on display June 5 at the Middleburg Clay Hill Library.
There also will be an activity table for children and a raffle. Patrons also are invited to check out the flower beds.
The library is located at 2245 Aster Ave. in Middleburg.
The Garden Club of Middleburg, is a non-profit organization, cultivating a passion for horticulture: environment, community and future.
Event proceeds are used towards the following community projects: J.L. Wilkinson Elementary Flagpole, Middleburg Civic Museum, Middleburg Clay Hill Library Butterfly Bed/s and future endeavors.
