Orange Park’s Patterson earns degree at Valdosta State

VALDOSTA, Ga. – Quahlin Patterson of Orange Park recently earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Science degree from Valdosta State University.
Patterson was among more than 800 undergraduate and graduate students who completed the requirements for their respective degrees during the Fall 2019 semester.

Moser graduates from Southeast Missouri State

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. – Green Cove Springs’ Robert Moser was among the Southeast Missouri State University’s Fall graduates.
Moser earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a major in general management.

Fleming Island’s Swope earns degree at Miami University


OXFORD, Ohio – Alaina Swope of Fleming Island was among 1,300 students to be awarded a degree recently from Miami University.
Swope graduated MAGNA with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in psychology.

Orange Park’s Fisher earns degree at Greensboro College


GREENSBORO, N.C. – Kyle Thomas Fisher of Orange Park earned his Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education degree from Greensboro College.
Greensboro College provides a liberal arts education grounded in the traditions of the United Methodist Church and fosters the intellectual, social, and, spiritual development of all students while supporting their individual needs.

Middleburg’s Lloyd makes Georgia State’s President’s List


ATLANTA – Alexander Lloyd of Middleburg made the President’s List at Georgia State University for the Fall semester.
To be eligible for the President's List, degree-seeking students must have earned a GPA of at least 4.0 for a minimum of nine semester hours of academic credit taken at Georgia State during the fall or spring term with no incompletes for the semester. Eligible students must have a minimum GPA of 2.0 for all classes taken at Georgia State.

Clay trio on Dean’s List at Florida Tech


MELBOURNE – Three local students were selected to the Dean’s List at Florida Tech for the Fall semester.
Dorian During and Luc Larson, both from Fleming Island, and Christopher Mickel of Middleburg, finished the semester with at least a 3.4 GPA with a minimum of 12 credit hours.

Orange Park’s Fogarty makes Georgia State’s Dean’s List

ATLANTA – Elizabeth Fogarty of Orange Park was selected to the Dean’s List for the Fall semester at Georgia State University.
To be eligible for the Dean's List, degree-seeking students must have earned a GPA of at least 3.5 for a minimum of nine semester hours of academic credit taken at Georgia State during the fall or spring term with no incompletes for the semester. Eligible students must have a minimum GPA of 2.0 for all classes taken at Georgia State.

Two from GCS make Presque Isle’s Dean’s List

PRESQUE ISLE, Maine – Payton Herbert Jones and Timothy Burns, both of Green Cove Springs, earned spots on the Dean’s List for the Fall semester at University of Maine-Presque Isle.

Three local students finish with 4.0 GPAs at Alabama

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Fleming Island’s Hannah C. Frain, Middleburg’s Camrine Sydney Southard and Orange Park’s Nydia C. Ceronmiranda all were selected to the President’s List at the University of Alabama.
To make the President’s List, the three students achieved a 4.0 grade point average during the Fall semester.

Two Clay students on Dean’s List at Samford University


HOMEWOOD, Ala. – Samford University announced Madelyn Rosenau of Fleming Island and Delaney Haase of Middleburg both made the Dean’s List.
To qualify for the dean's list, a student must have earned a minimum 3.5 grade point average out of a possible 4.0 while attempting at least 12 credit hours of coursework. Dean's List is the highest academic recognition given by the school at the end of each semester.

Nebraska-Lincoln selects Green Cove’s Murphy to Dean’s List

LINCOLN, Neb. – Green Cove Springs’ Renee Murphy recently was selected to the Dean’s List at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln for the Fall semester.
Murphy, a junior psychology and political science major, was one of 5,700 students to achieve a minimum GPA of 3.5 for the semester.

Middleburg’s Mayo on Dean’s List at Emmanuel College

BOSTON – Austin Mayo of Middleburg made the Dean’s List at Emmanuel College for the Fall semester.
To earn a spot on the Dean's List, Emmanuel students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or higher for a 16-credit semester.
