GREEN COVE SPRINGS – The community can help the Vineyard Transitional Center take shape at 518 N. Pine St. by helping it pay for the 3,000 bricks needed to complete a center to help newly released inmates transition into society.

The Vineyard aims to assist needy individuals through live missions and community outreach beyond church walls. VTC meets potential clients where they are, including street corners and community walks, providing immediate impact to those desperately needing a stable place to find hope and belonging.
